Quantum Embodiment uses your body’s innate, intelligence + wisdom to gently guide you into your own subconsciousness information, alchemise multidimensional blocks + shadow patterns and awaken you to the truth of who you are, exactly where you are.
The process prioritises safety in your nervous system, to build trust as a foundation for profound healing of your body, mind + spirit.

I have so much gratitude for my courageous clients who have given me permission to share their own Quantum Embodiment journeys.
In each video you'll witness:
-
the pain and shadow they begin with
-
the safe and intuitive exploration as we discover the (multidimensional) root
-
the unfolding story of release and healing and
-
their liberation from the fear and trauma into the embodied truth of WHO THEY ARE.
Each session is usually 1 hour long and includes a lot of space, energy healing, light language activation and somatic practices. I've edited it down to 20 mins.
Annie ~ 1:1 Quantum Healing
Body of work: Prophecy
Inside the session, Annie:
- Finds the energy patterns of shame, unworthiness, not good enough and self sabotage in her body. (Based on her current life circumstance).
- Follows her body's intelligence into a childhood memory where these patterns are rooted in this life time.
- Uses that memory as a doorway into her ancestral wounds: the deeper root of her unworthiness ~ her Poppa.
- She moves through a specific healing technique where she sets her mum free, her Poppa free and herself free ~ fulfilling part of her purpose which was to break this family curse.
- She then moves backwards along her timeline to retrieve a Soul Gift that she is destined to embody and share in this lifetime!!
- And then you get to witness the peace, confidence and embodiment that Annie anchors into at the end of the video which is truely profound.... My whole body is still buzzing from witnessing her again while editing the video.
Liz ~ 1:1 Quantum Embodiment
Body of work: The Inner Codes
Inside the session, Liz:
- Arrives with deep pain, grief and sense of unworthiness as she navigates an extremely challenging chapter in her life.
- Expresses her thoughts and feelings around her current experience and then bravely steps into deeper layers of her being where the root of the grief and unworthiness exist.
- Navigates the unfolding story in her body including, cellular childhood memories, ancestral trauma, and an ancestral star seed implant (the rod in her back).
- Liz then experiences a QUANTUM RELEASE; an immediate shift and release of her pain.
- Which transitions into a spontaneous light body activation and cellular upgrade at the level of her identity.
- The openness, trust and willingness to be present with her own shadow, enables Liz to shift the entire paradigm that she sits inside of. This is what creates a new reality.
- The final section is an embodiment of her soul; she experiences the truth of who she is, and what she is here to do.
I work with clients inside of intentional, intelligent containers for a minimum of 3 months.
