You are an intelligent system of energy.

A whole body of energy in fact. 

Your energy body includes your thoughts and emotions. 

When we have a thought or feeling that doesn't get processed properly in the moment, it gets stuck in our energy body. 

This stuck energy, over time,  builds up and leads to whole belief systems and identities that impact our state of wellbeing in a negative way. (and stop us creating the life we truely desire).

The tricky thing with mental and emotional work, is that the root of the these patterns stay very well hidden from our conscious mind. 

In order to change and reprogram the pattern, we must explore the subconscious mind and body. 

When we mix energy healing with holistic counselling, we get to navigate this process in a very gentle and loving way and we're able to work with these negative patterns of energy from a holistic perspective. 

The mind gains a clearer understanding of why it's caught in a particular pattern, the stuck or over active emotional energy gets released and the body is able to return to an integrated state of calm and balance.

Spiritual healing is ultimately the path of a) shedding the layers that are not you: the protective layers that have built up over time, and b) reawakening and embodying the truth of who you are: your innate qualities of love, joy, freedom, abundance, self worth and self confidence. 

To truely take this journey, we must step off the linear path: what makes sense to the mind, and step into the quantum field of intelligence that lives inside you. 

It's through working in the quantum field, we're able to access the root of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual dis-order in the body, and make very subtle and intelligent shifts  in frequency, leading to a profound healing: a shift in consciousness and access to a new level of reality within Self.

My background as a psychotherapist was primarily in the area of adolescent mental and emotional health.

I've worked in high schools, family therapy settings and the Australian Defence Force as a family counsellor. 

I love working with adolescents and feel so humbled to hold a space for another person, navigating such an important and pivotal chapter in their life journey. 

More than ever, adolescents need holistic support and a safe space to express and process what they are navigating day to day.

My work with young people focuses around mental health care, emotional health care and spiritual health care.

Empowering them to see their own strengths, make decisions aligned to their inner values and support them in releasing built up emotion and mental stress.

Inside of our patriarchal society, the innate wisdom and intelligence of The Mother has been unable to thrive 

No matter where you are on your journey of The Mother, this is a safe space of expression, healing, releasing, reflection, and a return of the deep wisdom you hold within.

Sacred Sexuality is the reunion of our spiritual selves (love) and our sexual selves (creativity).

Through the journey of Sacred Sexuality, we re awaken the energy patterns of feeling good in our bodies and enjoying being our true selves.
